These terms set out what you can expect from us and what we ask of you when you book an appointment, visit the shop, or use our website. By booking with us, you agree to them.
01 — About these terms
The basics
"We", "us" and "our" mean The Barbers Club, trading at 22 City Mill Lane, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. "You" means the person making a booking, visiting the shop, or using the website thebarbersclub.gi.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you make a booking is the version that applies to that booking.
02 — Bookings & deposits
How a booking is made
Appointments can be booked online through Squire (the Book an appointment button on this site), by phone on +350 54092627, by WhatsApp, or in person at the shop.
A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message from us or our booking platform. If you do not receive one within a few minutes of booking online, please get in touch.
Deposits
For some appointments — particularly long packages, weddings, and first-time clients during peak periods — we may ask for a small deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are deducted from your final bill. They are non-refundable if you cancel inside the cancellation window described below.
03 — Cancellations & no-shows
Our cancellation policy
We hold your chair, and our barber's time, for you. If your plans change, we just ask that you let us know in good time so the slot can go to someone else.
- More than 12 hours before the appointment — cancel or reschedule free of charge through the link in your confirmation, or by phoning the shop.
- Less than 12 hours before the appointment — your deposit (if any) is retained. For repeat late cancellations we may charge 50% of the booked service.
- No-show — if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of the start time and we have not heard from you, the booking will be released and we may charge the full price of the booked service.
We understand that life happens. If something genuinely unavoidable comes up, please tell us — we will always try to be reasonable.
04 — Running late
If you arrive late
If you are running behind, please call ahead. We will hold your slot for up to 15 minutes; after that, your barber may need to shorten the service, or reschedule, in fairness to the next client. The full price of the originally booked service still applies.
05 — Prices & payment
What you pay
Current prices are shown on the Services page of this site and at the till. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
We accept cash and major debit/credit cards. Payment is taken in shop at the end of your appointment, unless you have paid an online deposit in advance. Tips are appreciated but never expected.
We may update prices from time to time; the price quoted to you when you booked is the price you will pay for that appointment.
06 — Our services
What to expect
We aim to deliver every cut, beard service and styling appointment to the standard our shop is known for. If something is not quite right, please tell your barber straight away — before you leave the shop — and we will put it right.
Allergies and skin sensitivities
Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions before we start. Some of our hot-towel and beard treatments use products that contain common allergens (essential oils, fragrance). Where you have a known sensitivity we are happy to use plain alternatives where possible.
Refunds
Personal services such as haircuts cannot be "returned". Where a service has not been delivered properly, we will offer a complimentary re-do or, if that is not possible, a refund of the affected service.
07 — Weddings & groups
Bigger bookings
For weddings and group bookings of three or more, we agree the details with you in writing in advance. A deposit (typically 30%) secures the date. The balance is payable on the day. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the date forfeit the deposit; cancellations made less than 48 hours before the date are charged in full.
If we have to reschedule the booking for any reason within our control, we will offer the next available date or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
08 — Gift cards
Vouchers and gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, are not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. They can be used towards any service at our standard prices.
09 — Conduct in the shop
A welcoming room for everyone
We want every client — and every team member — to feel comfortable in the shop. We reserve the right to refuse service, and ask anyone to leave, where their behaviour is abusive, threatening, or discriminatory toward our team or other clients.
Please look after personal belongings during your visit. We are not responsible for items left behind in the shop.
10 — Liability
What we are responsible for
We take care over every service we deliver, and we carry appropriate insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11 — Use of this website

This site is provided for information and to let you book an appointment. You agree not to use it in a way that disrupts the service, attempts to interfere with our systems, or breaches any law.
We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors, or that the site will be available without interruption.
12 — Intellectual property
Our content
The Barbers Club name, logo, photography and the text on this site belong to us (or the people we have licensed them from). You are welcome to view and share links to the site, but please do not copy our photos or content for commercial use without asking us first.
13 — Governing law
Where any disputes are heard
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of Gibraltar. The courts of Gibraltar have exclusive jurisdiction.
